The Company offers Bespoke Banca experience to India’s leading Banks and financial institutes and is proud to have India’s leading Direct channel.

Tarun’s rich industry tenure of over three decades, includes leadership roles at PNB Met Life and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. He serves on governing councils and advisory boards, including IIM Sambalpur. An IIT Delhi and IIM Lucknow alumnus, Tarun resides with his family in Mumbai.

Amit Jaiswal took charge as the Chief BALIC Direct Officer at Bajaj Life Insurance in November 2017. He is known as a result-oriented people’s manager who brings with him experience of over 25 years in business development, trade marketing, new distribution set up and P&L management across range of sectors like FMCG as well as Life and Health Insurance with business footprints across India.

In his current role, Amit is responsible for all BALIC Direct business that includes catering to orphan customer base under different campaigns like CPM, Service, S2S as well as expanding new horizons through NTB as well as Defence verticals. Under his Leadership, the company’s proprietary distribution is already amongst the top 3 direct channels in the Indian Life Insurance Industry within 4 years of operation and is emerging as the fastest growing proprietary channel.

Before joining Bajaj Life Insurance, Amit was the Deputy Director and Head Alternate Distribution, Corporate Agency and Brokers in PNB MetLife where he scaled up new businesses & processes while setting up the channel from scratch . He has experience across range of sectors like FMCG (DIAGEO and USL), Direct Selling (AMWAY) and Life and Health Insurance (ICICI Prudential) (PNB MetLife). Amit is a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from LBSIMT and an Economics (Hons) Graduate from Delhi University. He is also a six sigma black belt. In his free time, he loves to travel and is an avid outdoor person. He is passionate about staying fit and is even a licensed scuba diver!

Anand Godbole, the Head of Internal Audit at Bajaj Life Insurance, brings over 23 years of extensive experience in Audits, Governance & Controls, Business Risk Assessments, and Information Security Reviews. Since joining Bajaj Life Insurance in October 2007, Anand has played a key role in strengthening internal controls and risk management frameworks.

Under his leadership, the Internal Audit function has evolved into a value-adding business partner, driving transformation through automation and analytics. Before joining Bajaj Life Insurance, he has worked with KPMG India and overseas in Internal Audit roles. A Commerce Graduate and a Chartered Accountant by qualification, Anand is a respected leader in the field of internal audit, ensuring a strong governance culture and operational excellence through proactive leadership.

Anil is a qualified lawyer with over 29 years of legal experience, the majority of which has been as in-house counsel with companies in the insurance sector.

In his current role, Anil is responsible for providing strategic advice and opinions on legal compliance, and business issues. He focuses on ensuring Company’s conformity with the applicable laws, managing regulatory audits and inspections, and preventing and mitigating fraud. Anil plays a critical role in representing the organization during the development of growth-centric regulations in the sector. He has been a part of various IRDAI and Life Council Committees in his current role.

Anil has also worked with other leading life insurers, including PNB MetLife India and Aviva Life Insurance. Apart from life insurance, he has worked with Quark Media House and BEA Systems Pvt. Ltd. Before transitioning to corporate roles, Anil practiced law before the Madras High Court and had brief stints with a law firm and a telecom company in the USA.

Anil completed his Bachelors in Law from Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai, and his Master of laws from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, USA. He is married to Devi and has two children, Tara and Akshay. He is an avid off-road enthusiast and loves traveling.

Avdhesh Gupta is the Appointed Actuary at Bajaj Life. He joined the company in June 2019 and is responsible for actuarial valuations, shareholder reporting, product pricing, and financial risk.

A seasoned professional, Avdhesh brings over 18 years of experience in the actuarial domain. Prior to joining Bajaj Life, he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers as the Principal Consultant in actuarial services. In his earlier roles, he has led multiple positions at Aegon Life Insurance Company, SwissRe, and HSBC.

Avdhesh is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of India (FIAI) and the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK (FIA). He completed his MSc in Actuarial Management from Cass Business School, London.

A results-driven marketing professional with deep cross-discipline expertise, Chandramohan Mehra (CM) leads strategic marketing, brand management, consumer research, digital marketing, customer experience measurement, and in-house online business.

Chandramohan joined Bajaj Life in January 2018 and has been instrumental in transforming the brand into one of India’s most trusted and visible life insurers.

He has delivered several innovative and endearing campaigns under the umbrella of "Samjho Hogaya" to fulfil the brand’s promise of "Life Goals. DONE." Additionally, he created the company’s marquee events - Bajaj Life Plankathon, which brought the organization Guinness World Records, and Bajaj Pune Half Marathon, which have successfully connected with diverse stakeholder groups and enhanced the company’s mindshare among consumers.

An industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, Chandramohan has held senior leadership positions at Sony Pictures Networks India, SBI Life Insurance, and Kotak Life. He is an alumnus of INSEAD and BITS Pilani.

He is passionate about long-distance running and continues to participate in several international marathons.

Dheeraj has a track record of successfully leading large teams and projects and is known for fostering long-lasting alliances.

Prior to joining Bajaj Life, Dheeraj has worked with renowned organizations like ICICI Securities, The Hollard Insurance Company, ICICI Prudential Life, Merck Ltd and Lupin Ltd, and was instrumental for all of them in driving superior business performance.

Dheeraj is a Chartered Wealth Manager from the American Academy of Financial Management and has done a Senior Management Program from IIM Calcutta.

With over 15 years of experience in the life insurance sector, Farid has had a diverse exposure in managing Statutory Valuation, Regulatory and Shareholder Reporting, providing him with an in-depth understanding of the financial risks of a life insurance company. Farid completed his Masters in Actuarial Science from University of Kent, Canterbury, United Kingdom.

Goutam Datta joined Bajaj Life Insurance in November 2018 as the Chief Information & Digital Officer. In his all-encompassing journey, Goutam has witnessed the technology evolution from traditional business processes to customer-centric processes through digital implementations.

A proven strategic leader, Goutam is passionate about creating tangible business value through technological solutions and innovation to drive and deliver business results. He is an astute believer of the ‘one team’ model and is well regarded amongst peers for his collaborative approach to problem- solving.

Before Bajaj Life Insurance, Goutam led the Technology & Digital Innovation team at ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company. He has enabled organisations in their transformational journeys by setting up the teams, data infrastructure, and processes that helped deliver new-age analytics solutions for business.

Prior to joining Bajaj Life Insurance, Omesh worked with TCS, Neural Technologies, HSBC and Accenture across - insurance, banking and telecom sectors. He also co-founded Litmass Analytics which offered risk analytics products and services to leading Indian banks and insurance companies. Omesh holds a Master’s degree in Statistics, with specialization in Applied Statistics and Data Analytics from the Indian Statistical Institute. He enjoys spending time with his family, and takes active interest in gardening and reading.

Customer centricity is a key part of Rajesh’s role at Bajaj Life Insurance, where he drives the brand’s customer obsession journey through various strategic interventions and initiatives.

He is also responsible for achieving deeper stakeholder engagement, through best-in-class processes built to deliver safe, secure and seamless experiences across the board. In his previous stint, Rajesh held the position of Chief - Customer Service & Operations at Pramerica Life Insurance. He has also worked with leading brands including ICICI Prudential Life, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Thomas Cook and others. Rajesh is an alumnus of INSEAD Business School, and has a PGDBA certification from Symbiosis.

He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, and a Licentiate from the Insurance Institute of India. He is an avid traveller, reader, and a sports enthusiast, and is fluent in six languages. Rajesh also volunteers to provide access to education for underprivileged children and for the protection of animals against cruelty.

As the leader of the Agency business channel, Sameer anchors his business strategies on the promise of delivering superior customer experience. He empowers the large force of the Company’s Insurance Consultants (ICs, or agents as popularly known in the industry) with digital assets and easy to access knowledge of the Company’s value-packed life insurance products and seamless services. He consistently invests towards training and development of the ICs to ensure they understand the customers’ Life Goals and respond to their needs accordingly.

Sameer has been with Bajaj Life Insurance since 2014 and also led the HR function at the Company. Sameer has spent nearly 17 years in the life insurance sector, and is a seasoned leader with a focus of driving businesses to the path of profitability. A result-oriented distribution specialist, Sameer is skilled in business planning, sales and talent management.

Prior to joining Bajaj Life Insurance, Sameer worked with HDFC Life and ICICI Prudential Life leading different business channels. Sameer is a Physics graduate and has completed his MMS in Marketing from Mumbai University. He enjoys teaching and playing Table Tennis.

Santanu has played a critical role in the transformation journey at Bajaj Life Insurance with respect to people policies and culture development. Prior to joining Bajaj Life Insurance, Santanu worked with Star Union Dai-Ichi Life Insurance as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer. His other HR roles were with ING Vysya Life Insurance, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, Aditya Birla Health Insurance, and Hathway Cable & Dotcom. Santanu graduated from the University of Calcutta and holds a Master’s degree in HR from the Army Institute of Management, Kolkata. An avid reader of literature, he is also a trained classical musician, who loves to play musical instruments.

Srinivas Rao Ravuri, the Chief Investment Officer at Bajaj Life Insurance, brings nearly three decades of expertise in equity research and fund management across Indian financial markets. He began his career as an analyst in 1994 at India's first boutique equity research firm and spent 25 years covering sectors such as Real Estate, Infrastructure, Industrials, Telecom, and Power.

His career includes key roles at top institutions like PGIM India Asset Management, HDFC Asset Management, where he shaped investment strategies and drove growth. He joins Bajaj Life Insurance from PGIM India Asset Management, where he initially played a key role in transforming the AMC into one of the fastest growing. Later, he became their Chief Investment Officer for International Business, responsible for expanding the firm’s global business.

Srinivas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and an MBA from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Beyond his professional achievements, Srinivas is an avid tennis player and nature enthusiast, often spending time outdoors. His passion for Indian classical music further highlights his diverse interests.

With over two decades of experience in Financial Reporting, Risk Management, and (Mergers and Acquisitions) M&A, Vipin's expertise in shaping financial strategies spans across diverse sectors, including BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance), manufacturing, retail, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), logistics, and metals.

He joined the Bajaj Finserv Group in 2020, where he has held various roles including Risk mitigation, M&A, Internal Audit, and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance). Prior to his tenure at Bajaj Finserv Group, Vipin held positions with Price Waterhouse (and its network firms), culminating in his role as a Partner in the firm's Assurance Practice.

Vipin is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Nagpur University.

In his current role, he is responsible for providing strategic direction to people practices including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management and succession planning. Infrastructure & Admin function also rolls up to him at BALIC. Santanu has played a critical role in the transformation journey at Bajaj Life Insurance with respect to people policies and culture development.

Prior to joining Bajaj Life Insurance, Santanu worked with Star Union Dai-Ichi Life Insurance as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer. His other HR roles were with ING Vysya Life Insurance, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, Aditya Birla Health Insurance, and Hathway Cable & Dotcom.

Santanu graduated from the University of Calcutta and holds a Master’s degree in HR from the Army Institute of Management, Kolkata. An avid reader of literature, he is also a trained classical musician, who loves to play musical instruments.
